"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! The Hide Rooftop Bar was good although the top section of the bar wasn't open whilst we were there

"Close to times square, extremely convenient for getting around with stations either side of the block, and Port Authority a minutes walk away.
We asked for a quiet room away from the street, and got one where there were no disturbances from either the street or the others on the floor.
Breakfast was good and whilst it got busy, we did not have to wait too long for a table.
Breakfast options are pretty standard across most of the hotels at this level.

"The two breakfast staff members were a bit overwhelmed. They did not ask for the room number when we approached, instead, they asked us to pay. The person before me paid and wondered why, since he booked “breakfast included." There wasn't much to choose from. It was mainly pre-made food heated up for guests. "The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We didn't have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The location was central; however, Times Square is busier than I had imagined and I would opt for a quieter area next time, which is just a personal preference. It also would have been nice to be able to make a tea in the room, so that was very much missed. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay."
