"I LOVED this place! It was quaint, the rooms were excellent, the common area was beautiful and full of vegetation, but most of all the owner, and his family, are such wonderful people! I stayed for two weeks and now consider the owner to be a friend of mine! They also have a restaurant right on the beach which is a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. If I ever return to Hoi An, this will be my choice of places to stay every time! "

"Nice small hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast is great. Very close to the beach with free beach towels and free sunbeds / umbrella waiting for you. 20 minutes on bike to old town and by grap 10 minutes. Highly recommended!"

"Visited Da Nang 2 days ago. A very nice, beautiful and cozy villa . 2-3 min walking distance from the beach. Sophie who is the manager of the property was genuinely friendly and warm and helped a lot with all queries. A must visit for few days. Just one suggestion is to have some light breakfast made available with tea and coffee. Plenty of dining options within 500 mts. Will surely visit again. "

"I rarely post a review but really want to give this wonderful place a mention. We have been to Hoi An before and wanted a place away from the old town. From the moment we arrived, Ken and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The property is in very good condition and very clean. With only 9 rooms, they could provide very personalised service. We were there for 5 nights and we were upgraded to a bigger room after 2 nights when it became available. "主人の誕生日で利用しました。事前にやり取りしたところ、ベッドにデコレーションを用意してくれたり、バースデーのケーキを用意してくれたりでありがとうございました！ヴィラに宿泊しましたが、部屋は広々としていて景色がいい！プールも水を循環しているようで綺麗でした。 2階の湯船のお湯がすぐ水になります。ビーチも美しく、そこまで混み合ってない時期だったのでそれもよかったです。トイレキッチンの奥に1つだけ個室があったので利用してました"
