Skuffende!

Vi var meget skuffet over standarten på hotellet. Det første der møder os er en mød beskidt reception, og en død kakelak på gulvet. Dernæst kommer værelset, som er fint stort og har de ting man skal bruge. Men, føj hvor var alt beskidt. Gulvet fyldt med beskidte pletter og rester af toiletpapir og andet skidt. Væggene trængte til en kærlig hånd/renovering. Sengetøj og håndklæder fyldt med pletter man slet ikke tør tænke på, hvad kan være.. Derudover ligger hotellet i ingenmands land. I en udkant af byen hvor ALT er lukket/under opbygning/under renovering. Sød receptionist som hjalp med taxi mm.

Quaint 12 room hotel. Rooms with furnished balcony very adequate. Lady owner a gem. Breakfast very good with fruits, juices, coffee/tea, noodles with meat or veggies. Eggs to your liking. A little far from things, thus taxi or long walk to main streets in Halong Bay.

Sauberes ordentliches Hotel mit super Service

Wir reisen momentan durch Asien und waren 4 Nächte in dem Hotel. Erster Eindruck: super sauber! Für vietnamesische Verhältnisse echt ein super Pluspunkt. Das Hotel liegt im Lotus Residence, was wohl auch eine beliebte Gegend für Touristen in Halong ist. In der Siedlung ist noch sehr viel im Aufbau, ansonsten aber echt ordentlich im Gegensatz zum Rest von der Stadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen noch vor offizieller Check-IN Zeit unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und sehr modern eingerichtet - zudem ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der allergrößte Pluspunkt im Hotel ist der Service. Sei es Touren Infos oder Hilfe - es ist immer jemand da und steht einem zur Seite. Wir haben am 2.Tag leider wegen einem schlechten Restaurant in Halong eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen - die liebe Dame von der Rezeption hat sich soooooo toll gekümmert. Wir bekamen Medikamente von ihr und es wurde 3x am Tag extra für uns gekocht (obwohl eig nur Frühstück mit drin war) und uns aufs Zimmer gebracht - weil wir vor Krankheit nicht aufstehen konnten. Wirklich toll - es wurde jeden Tag gefragt wie es uns geht und wir bekamen viele natürliche Hilfsmittel zur Genesung. Wir sind wirklich begeistert !!!! Halong ist keine schöne Gegend aber das Hotel ist 1A!!!

Great hotel! The staff are amazing, very good breakfast, and nice view. The hotel offers free bicycles and was very helpful with closing trip to halong bay and ride to Hanoi. The only thing that bothers us is the hot water in the shower- nice shower but the hot water works for few minutes and then u need to wait few more minutes until the come again. I will come again, very recommend
