"Well-maintained, clean, comfortable, safe property. Went with my daughter and stayed 5 nights, breakfast was good, location was convenient, gas stations, eateries, stores close by. Close to Everglades. I had made reservations through Expedia but no issues checking in or out. Would definitely recommend. "

"I stayed in south Florida for a few days after a Caribbean cruise and based my stay at the Fairway Inn. The location is good, very easy to find with direct access to US-1, although that can have drawbacks as there were times of traffic congestion. The room was clean and spacious, although it could probably use a bit of an update as some of the furniture is a bit dated, but it did the job. "Worst stay I’ve ever had- it was spring break there were no other openings within budget. 1) No security lock on the door 2) they double booked us and SOMEONE WALKED into my room as I was getting ready. 3) front desk did NOTHING about it, apologized “my mistake” 4) odd beeping coming from the fridge, had to unplug. 5) had to move stand to unplug fridge which uncovered fire hazard- this has been reported to the Fire Marshall 6) room was disgusting 7) Expedia tried to advocate for me to get a...

"Easy parking. Chris the desk guy ( manager?) was friendly and helpful. The place is in need of sprucing up, but they are in the process of doing so and it's actually kind of a cool funky artsy place, very unique. Not your boring same old cookie cutter cheap hotel . I liked it, and Chris showed us the things he is doing to improve it and I liked his plan. In any case, the price was excellent and the bed comfy ( we were in a private room) I'd be happy to go back."

"Please look hard into this. It’s false advertising the sign was peeling off, the AC units moldy, the sheets had cigarette burn stains. There was a car up on a jack in a parking lot with garbage sitting there. There was no way I was sleeping there with two teenage daughters. Completely unsafe. We left within 10 minutes. "

"Our room was a room for four people. It was clean and large and roomy. The problem was for people cannot sit on one chair. How come they don't consider having a place to sit down other than on the bed? We asked if we could have one or two more chairs and was told no they were all in use. I find it quite troublesome when you can't even sit down in your room. Other than that the room was okay."

"The room was terrible! It had many holes in the walls that were crudely patched and not painted. There were blankets firmly covering the window. You couldn’t open it. There were many electrical problems: the bathroom light didn’t work, the fridge, microwave and TV didn’t work and the light in the Main room could not be turned off! It made it very hard to sleep.
