"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Overall the hotel was great. Its in an excellent location with beautiful surroundings. The hotel is clean, air-con great and restaurants and bar excellent. We particularly liked thee rooftop restaurant. The hotel's layout is a little difficult to navigate at first, but with a bit of trial & error you get use to it. The main negative for me was the quality of the Wifi which i found to be quite poor - this is quite a surprise given how good everything else is, but i kept having to switch to my phone data as the wifi was either too slow or kept cutting out, this for me was disappointment"
