A great place to stay in Gyor

The staff were super friendly and helpful even though English is not a fluent language for them. The rooms and beds are very comfortable with modern facilities. Plnety to eat for breakfast and with it located on a quiet street one gets a good sleep.

Györ sollte man mit einplanen

Györ ist wirklich sehenswert, die Pension liegt sehr gut, ist gemütlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker

Nettes Hotel in Stadtnähe

Wir mussten immer wieder auf den Hauptplatz. Da das Hotel auf der anderen Seite der Bahnlinie liegt hatten wir etwas Mühe die Unter- bzw. Überführungen zu finden. Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs. Mit dem Auto wäre es wahrscheinlich einfacher gewesen.

Two separate one nights stays, August 2017. Both bookings were for a family suite. For the second night we were asked if we could split and use two double rooms instead, which was not a problem for us. Rooms are very well furnished and comfortable. The summer heat made the rooms hot but not unbearable. Location is on a nice quite road a steady 10 minute walk from the centre of Gyor. Breakfast excellent, we had to leave early on the second stay and we were provided with a special early breakfast which was much appreciated. Will be more than happy to stay here again when we return to Gyor.

Great hotel on a quiet street

We stayed here for two nights. The owners are very friendly, and we were able to communicate in basic English. The superior double room was well worth it. The room was very large, good wifi, and good air conditioning. The hotel has an eating area and a small kitchen where you could make very basic items. The deck was a nice place to sit and relax. The location is on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to the old town. They had secure parking for two vehicles, otherwise you could park safely on the street. Very nice place to stay! They do have a few animals on site (dogs and cats), which we loved.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten. War jetzt nicht groß aber zum schlafen hat es gereicht Bad war keins auf dem Zimmer aber einfach einen Sprung über den Flur und es war da. Frühstück gab es Spiegelei Wurst und Brot hat ausgeregeicht

The property is in good condition. Bathroom and breakfast area is ok. But the room we had had a strong smell when walked in. There is smoke smell as well while we asked for a non-smoking room. I don't know how often they change the sheets, definitely not after each different guest stay. I could not sleep well at night because of all the bad smells in it.

Nette privat geführte Pension, Zentrumsnah

Eine gepflegte, saubere und sehr nett eingerichtete Pension, was für die ungarische Hotellerie nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Zimmer sah genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, sondern jeden Tag bekamen wir etwas anderes serviert. War alles sehr lecker und ausreichend. Z.b. Marmelade gab es natürlich jeden Morgen.Auch Corn Falkes für die Kinder war vorhanden. Für alle Freunde des Internets, es funktioniert, ist schnell und stabil.

Eine Nacht in Györ

Das Buda Panzio liegt in einer Wohnstraße, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir hatten ein sehr großes, sehr sauberes Zimmer, das geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Auto und Motorrad parkten diebstahlsicher hinter dem Tor. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Die Leute sehr, sehr freundlich.

Camera grande e confortevole, curata e con un bagno enorme è bello. Colazione un po'scaesa. Unica pecca la mancanza dell'aria condizionata che , con all'esterno 36 gradi, era indispensabile!

Hôtel correct pour une de nos étapes le long du Danube. Équipe très agréable pour cet hôtel sans prétention mais qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes de rapport qualité/prix. Accès au centre ville en quelques minutes.

Like Ikea, but they let you spend the night

We really enjoyed this place. It felt more like a hostel than the traditional hotel, but it was nice. Parking was good and if you don't want to pay for breakfast there is a great McDonalds right across the street. All of the furniture was from Ikea. If you are considering the Malm series you can give all the furniture an extensive testing here.

klein aber fein, very nice Pension

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal hier und sehr zufrieden. Sechs Spiegeleier für zwei Personen zum Frühstück waren allerdings zu viel des Guten. Das Parken in der ruhigen Straße ist kein Problem und nachts frei, kostet tagsüber nur wenige Forint.

während der Woche unseres Aufenthalts kein Housekeeping, unfortunatily there was no houskeeping at all during the week. the owner was very nice, speaks also some German, as breakfast every day a different choice
