Never have I stayed at a Hyatt property with this being Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport and it be so terrible. Ill start by the state of the building from outside it looks ok not too bad but once you walk in you notice its quite dated. "This hotel is trying, but not exceptional as most reviews are on Expedia. As a reasonably down to earth traveler I was disappointed. I was considering this hotel and Arrive in ABQ. I wish I had chosen Arrive. The floors of our room were sticky, hair on porcelain toilet, dinged up tub, loose fixtures, and could see light under the exterior entrance. Bed was ok but sheets were not crisp and clean smelling. I’d pass this by if I could choose again. Not great."

"It's on a main road, and lots of people proud of their motors roar by frequently. Fun to be on old route 66, and the price was right."

Carpet was ripped up in multiple places, a lot of visibly peeling paint, areas where holes in the walls had been patched but not painted over, and the caulk in the showers needs redone and was starting to mildew. The building drastically needs a face lift. Beds were comfortable but pillows small and flat I needed 3."

"Great place to stay! Very clean, hardwood floors that were clearly washed prior to my arrival. Loved the in suite fridge and microwave. The little fitness center was also excellent with brand new equipment and had all the necessities. 2 great coffee machines with various creamers. Complementary water downstairs that was fresh. A great little place to stay nearby the airport. I called the shuttle service as I de-boarded and they promptly met me to pick me up within 10 minutes of my arrival!...
