"We had a wonderful stay at Solis Residence Aparthotel. We were three people staying in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. Since the hotel opened in July 2025, everything was new and worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the helpful staff. "Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages.
