"We stayed at The Hotel Botanik for 11 days. Our room was cleaned daily. If we needed an extra towel the front desk was super quick in delivering. My middle daughter had a medical incident and they were extremely attentive in responding along with calling 119 Medics who arrived within 3 mins. Manager Brian came by the next day to check on us and asked if we needed anything at all he would provide. He was sincere in his patience and this was most appreciated as I was traveling alone with my children quite far from home."
