The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped me receive a food delivery at the hotel, which was a huge help. I was a little concerned it might be noisy since it’s close to the train station, but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The bed and bathroom were both spotless and well maintained. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was a big plus.

Nice hotel, very clean and excellent service however, it is close to the train lines so quite noisy especially early morning and makes it difficult to sleep

If you plan to visit this city, it’s definitely worth it, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff may sometimes have trouble understanding if you only speak English, but they always do their best to make you feel welcome. I really appreciated the warm welcome and the attention they give to guests. For Marriott members, it’s definitely worth presenting your loyalty card, as it provides some extra perks—I even received a discount on breakfast thanks to my membership. The rooms are another highlight: very well designed, luxurious for the price, brand new, clean, and smelling fresh. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return.

I enjoyed this property. However, it is over a 1 hour taxi ride to Incheon Airport, to Seoul, Myeongdong etc. There are restaurants within walking distance around the hotel. There is easy access to transportation from taxis to public transportation. You can also use Uber. The room was as pictured, clean, and staff were responsive. You can hear the train each passing.

It’s a brand new hotel that opened this summer, so everything was clean and in good condition. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional, super helpful! Room was comfortable and spacious. They offer the best currency exchange rate for most major currencies. There is laundry on 5th floor, very convenient. Free coffee in the afternoon and free lavender pouches at night. Lots of dinning options just a few minutes walk from hotel. The downside was that there was a train passing by frequently, and the pool was 22,000 won per adult per day.

The place was beautiful, but I was bothered that I paid extra for a room credit but because I got to the hotel at 10pm I had no use for the room credit. Room service closes at 9pm which is very inconvenient and doesn’t begin until 10am which again is very inconvenient because I had to leave at 9am. The bed was also very very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor.
