Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Gulf Shores

"good"

"The room was small with no comfortable chair or ottoman for my wife with a bad knee and back. No freezer compartment in very small fridge! Chairs on balcony were to low for us to enjoy! One morning I went to the beach while my wife slept in. I left my phone in room. When I got back to room, my key would not work! After 4 times down to the desk and many trips back up to my room , I finally got into the room. The desk clerks finally told us that if the card was close to the phone it would not...

"Great place to stay"

"The only thing I liked was the coffee! There was no blow dryer in my room and when I went down to ask about it, they said we don’t have one in every room. The elevator smelled like it was burning and the room was gross. There was hair in the bathtub. there was a bug running around that I poured water in the bathtub and washed it down. when you got out of the elevator, there was plastic big tubs, all right there and cobwebs everywhere and spiders. The floor was tile, but there was nicks and chips...

"Great views and Beach access"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabins in the park. The cabin was updated, clean and comfortable. Loved the trails and rode our bikes quite a bit. Took advantage of the guided hike (more like a stroll) but learned a lot and enjoyed it. The restaurant in the park is also good and convenient. Would book again."

"We loved it. Great view of the Gulf and beach. Very beautiful apartment. Clean as clean can be. We had everything we needed to start our vacation."

"I think this property The Sleep inn is the best value for the location, particularly in the fall and winter. I come here every 6 to 8 months. The complementary breakfast is also a great value also, I recommend it"

"The property was easy to get to and instructions were detailed. Close access to the beach. Older property but clean and comfortable. Our particular condo had beach chairs which were awesome to use to lounge on the beach in the afternoon. All in all we had a nice vacation."

"Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self...

"Great location right on the beach. Quiet and comfortable. The unit sleeps 6 but was quite small. It was perfect for the two of us. A few problems with some minor cleaning issues-dirty plate with food on it had been left in the microwave. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and some dirty silverware in the drawer. Our room was refreshed each day with clean towels and bed was made."

"Simple room , great location"
