"The condo was not in great shape and smelled bad but we got air fresheners to hang up and it was better, but it had mold on the walls, otherwise it was a clean place had a nice balcony, and the pools were spectacular, including the waterpark for my grandson. But one shower had no hot water, it was run down and the smell was not good:( I would stay on the property again but not that condo due to the condition and check in was a pain , as you get your key from somewhere else down the road, it took...

"The property is nice for its price, it would easily be triple the price if you’re from the states. Common areas are nice as well, two pools and a nice business/meeting conference. Good bang for your buck, it’s in central pattaya. You’re in the middle of all the action."
