"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"Se si vuole stare in mezzo alla natura a due passi dal mare questo è il posto giusto. Una tenuta magnifica con belle camere nel casale, piscina strepitosa con vista mare, alberi da frutto, pineta. Il valore aggiunto sono la signora Elvira e suo figlio Marco che, in una situazione difficile per noi, ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità. Grazie ancora, speriamo di ritornare l'anno prossimo"

"Cominciamo con i punti a favore. 1. La posizione è ottima, il parcheggio si trova facilmente (prima delle 18:00) e la camera è vicina ai maggiori punti di interesse del paese e a diversi punti di ristoro. 2. Il check-in è stato puntuale, all'orario concordato. 3. Prezzo relativamente basso. Purtroppo i punti a sfavore sono tanti. "This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. There is also a nice sunny balcony with a beautiful view.Looking up into the hills towards Catanzaro It is located near a busy roundabout and is convenient to the road to get into Catanzaro. "Our stay here was short but was wonderful because of this booking. The Boutique hotel is modern in an old world setting and a short block from the beach and the castle. The street has so many places to eat and shop. It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was hot and we drove in and parked a couple blocks away but the owner kindly took me in his car to ours to bring our baggage and he brought it to the room. He let us check in 1/2 hour early as well. "

"La struttura era sicuramente comodissima e vicina a diverse spiagge adatte sia all'osservazione di specie marine sia alla semplice balneazione. Abbiamo trovato inoltre il luogo sicuro anche tornando a casa in tarda serata. É sicuramente un ottimo posto per apprezzare il buon cibo e l'acqua cristallina. L'unica pecca non legata alla stuttura é il fatto che la navetta comunale non fosse più attiva da settembre."
