"Great location, large sized room, very clean. Overall, enjoyed our stay. We had an unpleasant experience at the desk when we requested plates that were missing from our kitchenette but other than that the other staff did try to make up for her rude behavior and lack of ability to want to do her job which was appreciated. "The room was clean and some staff members were helpful. However the second floor had a strong smell (possibly mold)? Breakfast was ok. The floors in our room were not cleaned (dirty socks and feet) the day we got there. They also did not clean our room while we stayed even after we asked. "

"very outdated, and dirty. Non of the towels felt clean as there was always some staining, the sheets had a smell and so did the room. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Only good thing was the beach access and the beautiful beach"

"We were on the 16th floor and a big dog was in the next room to us barking all night. You could tell it was a big dog by his bark. I understand people like their dogs and sleep through the night with your dog barking. I don’t have a dog and your dog kept us up all night barking. "
