"Staff excellent "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms clean and comfortable but bathroom and shower floors very slippery. The outdoor pool was great - beautiful views with beach and sunsets worth staying to see. Crowded so you have to get there early. Good bar service at the pool but menu could use much more variety. It would have been more convenient to have beach towel service on the beach. Had to pick up towels at pool first and didn’t know so we had to come all the way back to get them - notice would have been helpful. When checking out the car valet did not help us load suitcases and items in trunk of car. Just stood there and watched but took a tip. We should have skipped it. Otherwise nice place to stay."

"Beautiful view, friendly staff"

"A little bit of paint goes a long way. Our room looked like it had not been touched in a very long time. Some of the furniture had torn places. The bathroom was horrible, needed to be completely redone. Very disappointed in this place."

"Great place , balcony was a little small but the view was incredible. Also a great Taco truck a block away. "

"From the moment you walked in AJ, Jimmy and Earnest made me feel welcomed and safe! To where I added an extra night. Next morning during breakfast Robyn made it perfect! I always stay here because I feel not only comfortable but safe! For a woman traveling alone that’s HUGE. Your rooms are SPOTLESS! beautiful design, perfectly balanced with lighting and my goodness remote access shade and black out shades, my breakfast “ the Cuban “ was amazing , the whole place is gorgeous and clean and everyone is happy when they great you! I stayed in Room # 808 and I’ve never seen a housekeeper ss nice as the one servicing our floorI that alone speaks for itself! can not wait for the pool to be done is going to be amazing. If you never stayed here you are totally missing out what a wonderful place! I can’t wait return. Keep up the frat work y’all! "
