"Hotel overall was ok. Valet and bell services were very lacking while the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The resort fees charged were of no value to us. Beach amenities should be included in these fees. Of the 180 degree view from our gulf view (upgrade) room, maybe 10 degrees was gulf view."

"The room itsself was goid hotel amenity were great. However getting locked out of my room multipal times, was not great. Maintenance had to come to my room 3 separate times to fix the door. Parking was a compleate mess. Staff was as attentive as could be "

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. The hotel was below average and did not meet expectations. There were visible holes in the cement walls, the hallways had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was located directly in the room with very little privacy. To make matters worse, the elevator made loud clanging noises every time it operated, which was concerning and disruptive. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained, and I would not choose to stay here again"
