"The pool was very inviting. I used the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. There was also the restaurant/bar and both were good. It’s a 15 min drive to St. Armand’s Circle."

"Beach view"

"I live in Fl and have stayed at many beach hotels but this was by far our worst experience. The pictures make the property look better than it really is. The only accurate picture is of the beach. The beach was the only saving grace of this trip. The hotel’s price to what you got was completely off. We step in our room and are instantly met with a dirty floor, smell of mold, and private area hair in the shower which showed the room was poorly cleaned. The beds weren’t poor quality and if the walls wouldn’t have been paper thin we might have been able to sleep but that wasn’t the case. All night we heard drunk people walking back and forth. Then we get awoken to the lovely sound of gun shots. The next night we got to hear drag racing for over an hour. We were told the pools were heated but only one is heated. The staff almost messed up and charged us twice draining our account. They told us it would take days to come back, no apology, and no offer of vouchers etc. We could not wait to get out of there. If you have young kids I do not recommend "

"The bedding couldn’ve been better, it felt like there was sand on them each time we layed on them even though we never brought sand onto the bed. Overall it was a good enough hotel for the few days we were there but the bedding was the only bad part."

"I really enjoy this hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel but it is always very clean and the staff is very nice. I really love the complimentary breakfast and the beach access. I love the memories I've made here with my family. Good hotel, goos quality and affordable."

"The room was lovely in all respects except for sound insulation. You could hear people talking in the hallways and music from outside the hotel across the street. This noise level interfered with my sleep."

"The view from the balcony was great. The rooms were good size and the kitchenette was good. Apparently Radisson's standards have gone down considerably, although it has been awhile since I stayed at Radisson. Upon arriving I noticed how filthy the floors were. They were a wood laminate or something on that line. I used a couple kleenex to wipe it in a couple of spots in the bathroom. I took it to the front desk and showed them and they said they could send someone up to clean them. They did but it was just a spray and mop and was only marginally cleaner when done. The elevators were slow and seemed like only one was working at a time. I spoke with some other guest that were also complaining about the elevators and when i mentioned my floors they both agreed with one saying he was shocked at the black that came off his feet in the shower. The beds were ok, nothing great. Both the doors entering the room and going to the balcony needed weatherstripping. Overall, just needs some basic cleaning and maintenance. "
