"Staff should acknowledge one someone is speaking to them, they were paying more attention to their cell and to other personal conversations among themselves. I had to go to the Starbucks area, to have someone help me, because the person that was at the check in station would not acknowledge I was there. Also there was a smell of sewer in the restroom the whole time. The pool area adults had alcoholic drinks in the pool and intoxicated so our grandchildren were unable to enjoy the pool. The staff including the housekeepers lack courtesy towards others. I was told they accommodate me with another sofa bed and it didn’t happen, I feel I was told this to rid themselves of me also I asked for toilet paper one night and the following day the cleaning staff took it stating I was only allowed 2 rolls, I had 5 people in the room and the housekeeper was very rude, and was adamant not to return the 2 rolls she took. We didn’t have shampoo nor body wash left I called the front desk and I was told to tell who cleaned my room. The refrigerator was not working, it was replaced at 10:30 that day. I will never stay there again and my other family members will never stay there as well. The parking is horrible as well."
