"Beautiful property right on the beach but unfortunately the cleaning staff was lacking. Questioned whether our room was cleaned prior to our arrival. When we arrived we walked out on the patio which has a beautiful view of the gulf but it was clear the housekeeper didnt even go out there as there were old gas station cups left and sand everywhere like it wasnt swept. Then when we walked in the bathroom there was an old tissue left on the bathroom floor followed by a pubic hair left on the shower wall. Last there was an old K cup left inside the coffee maker. All though it appeared the beds had been tended to it was clear that the cleaning staff did a poor job cleaning in between guests."

"No room availability at check in time. Room was very dirty, unattached toilet seat, no door on shower so mold smell was bad because of water on the floors for years. Main attraction was so cold it couldn’t be used. Basically paying for beach access which was beautiful. Could have been so nice, just fell sort in almost all regards."

"When you walk into the hotel, it looks amazing but we got there after a cruise ship so they said I couldn’t check in early but I would get a text message when my room was ready so we had walked around all of the French quarters and had nothing else to do so we came back and I’m sitting in the lobby and see people checking in never got a text to tell me that my room was ready. Also finally got to our room. It smelled like a wet basement. While trying to sleep, you could hear the elevators going up and down up and down all night long and there was heavy big equipment right outside my window and you could hear those running all night long and going off and coming on room 728 you never wanna sleep in there."
