Samantha and Leslie at the front desk along with the housekeeping staff are so helpful , kind and pleasant. We have traveled a lot and these people are the finest. The rooms were quiet and clean. But the staff made this property a standout !!

Property was clean and breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable and easy access to restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay there again
Wonderful stay at this hotel. Close enough to the National Naval Aviation Museum (the reason for our stay) and a restaurant right next door. Hotel was clean and bright, with friendly and helpful staff.
This hotel represents a good compromise between staying out on Pensacola Beach or taking a chance with a downtown option (the homeless population in downtown Pensacola is disturbing). The staff is endearing, and the hotel is clean and well-kept. Just don’t be late for the free breakfast. They may close the doors before 10 am.
The staff was excellent. However the room was dusty, water stains on the ceilings, obviously worn furniture, the clock did not work, and there was literal tape throughout the carpet.
Wonderful place to stay! Room was so clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious! Leslie was especially kind and offered awesome customer service during our stay! All the staff from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff where absolutely amazing! I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inns and Suites on the Gulf Breeze the next time I am in Pensacola! Thanks to all the wonderful staff!

The hotel was very clean and neat, the staff - ESPECIALLY LESLIE - we friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent in all respects and the rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!
Front desk girl was extremely friendly and made check in very fast.

The two staff members we interacted with at the desk and at breakfast were extremely nice and welcoming. The building appears a little older and showing some wear but very clean from what I could tell. Our room faced the road and there was surprisingly a lot of road noise. We thought maybe turning on the AC unit would help but it was super loud. That was the only negative. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept clean and maintained.
