Nice, quaint, 1950's' vibe to the property. Safe. Parking at your door. Recently, interior remodeling, very clean. Staff friendly, and attentive. Good location,, between Pensacola and Santa Rosa Island. Note, when traffic is busy, it can be challenging to enter and exit parking lot from street. I highly recommend this little hotel. Economically, priced. I plan to stay here, next time in Gulf Breeze.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were comfy. We had a microwave and large refrigerator w/freezer. Very happy, would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This motel has been renovated really cutely. I enjoyed staying here. It’s extremely close to the turn off to head to the beach. The cleanliness of the room, mainly the floors, could have been better.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room had great lighting which you don't always find. The A/C was loud. The location is convenient, and parking was right at the door.

I recently stayed at a hotel and unfortunately, I had a poor experience overall. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, as there was dirt on the floor. Additionally, the staff was not readily available at the front desk, causing me to wait for 30 minutes to check in at 8:30pm. The property conditions were quite disappointing. The bathroom door fell off the hinges when I used it, which was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, there was no warm water despite waiting for more than 10 minutes. To make matters worse, I had specifically booked a king-sized bed for myself, my wife, and our dog, but I was given a twin-sized bed instead. When I called the front desk to express my concerns, I was informed that there were no other rooms available and nothing could be done about the water issue. I was also told that the bathroom doors habitually fall off the hinges. To add to the discomfort, the hotel was located in an area with loud traffic noises throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, unavailability of staff, poor property conditions, and noise disturbances made for a highly unsatisfactory experience.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I will speak to housekeeping. We do not have any rooms with a twin bed at all. Our front desk clerk was helping another guest and we have the sliding doors for the bathroom. There no hinges. We have several tankless water heaters and we did not have any complaints, except from you so it is possible the faucet was not turned to the right spot. I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced but you can see from most our reviews, that we have happy guests. I guess this just wasn’t the right place for you. We wish you the best with your travels.

I’ve had a fantastic experience here! The room was beautiful and didn’t look like a typical standard room. Much bigger than expected. Pricing was great, staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and I love the vintage style of the buildings.

The people in the room next to us were fighting and threatening to burn the place down at 430 in the morning. Then the smoke alarms went off and scared everyone in my party. The room was supposed to be for 5 people and it was not.

Overall the stay was okay. Housekeeping needs to step up their game as the floors were not clean, among other things. I should have read the reviews more thoroughly befire booking as its seems to be an ongoing problem. Also, didnt love people smoking weed outside.

Decent price. The rooms are nicely updated, Although it didn’t feel clean at all. My husband got outta the shower, stepped on a towel & scooted across the floor to his clothes (he didn’t want to step on the floors with barefeet) Afterwards the towel was disgusting from the floor.
