"I arrived early but denied an early check in and outside the property there is an unpleasant stench and I find it in many parts of Spain. What’s going on? The unit itself was very clean and we loved the stay once’s we checked in. We truly enjoyed the stay inside the unit. Ample parking and easy access via metro but parking at the station is a challenge - but entire Spain has a parking challenge. They should figure out a solution. "

"Great apartment. We had number 7, which had the entire front of the floor the property with a terrace and views of the river and the main sites in Seville. Nice neighborhood, more residential feel than right across the river. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby along the river right outside the front door. "Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Generally pretty quiet. Supermarket only 3 minutes walk. Close to Torneo (Plaza des Armas) bus station (6 minutes walk) from where you can get the EA bus to the airport and one of the stops on the way is Santa Justa train station if onward travel is by train rather than bus. Really enjoyed my stay."

"Nice clean property which has a convenience store downstairs. We did have issues with the fire alarm (false alarms) going off a few times during our stay however other than that really enjoyed staying here."
