"Unfortunately, I noticed some ants in the bathroom, but didn't think too much about it.... When unpacking at home later in the day, we discovered that our bag which had a box of crackers in it was LOADED with ants which had come aboard during the night in room 106."

"The hotel was perfect for a one night getaway. Matthew at the front desk was wonderful, and so very helpful. The dinner was outstanding, as was the breakfast the next morning. "Parking was great the pillows were too small for a king size bed there was three small pillows on the bed when asked for an extra pillow I was told I had to wait until the next day when the next day came I asked and the maid was very rude I looked out the door to get fresh towels and she got mad because I needed fresh towels other than that stay was good but I think they need to have someone there that can understand English as well as Spanish"

"My only real complaint or concern about the room is the free stand AC/heat unit which is very loud and you could hear a clanking noise which upsets my sleep. I had to shut the unit off and use extra blankets. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and it was very convenient to the airport. "
