"Spacious and beautiful"

"This is a wonderful heritage building in New Westminster. Perfectly outfitted and maintained. The staff are terrific. They look like they enjoy working there. I highly recommend booking a Fraser River view room. Just a bit of traffic noise. The view is amazing, especially at night, when everything is all lit up. I will be back sooner than later."

"The hot tub was out of order, there was no prior notice of this just a note in the pool area. Had to switch rooms 2 times, first time was due to the furnace coming out of the wall with exposed electrical with a huge amount of heavy dust, the second room change was due to unsafe broken desk chair that tipped all the way back (luckily no one got hurt) and the room being a low floor above a event smoking area that was very loud and smelly, we discovered this when returning to our room after a long day in the evening which was extremely inconvenient to do with a young child at the time of night. The hotel did very little to compensate us for the inconvenience, they gave us free breakfast on the last morning. "

"Construction creates some issues with directions and parking, however we didn’t find it noisy. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was the same three days in a row, but there were warm options which is great. We were able to change things up each day at breakfast with variety of options. Staff accommodated when needed.
