"Location is excellent. The pool is also fantastic just be aware there is no shallow end. Lack of A/C was a big drawback given the 30C temps. Also unfortunately they do not clean the rooms during your stay. We were there for 5 nights so the room easily got quite messy "

"I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. "El tfno proporcionado y con el que piden que te pongas en contacto 24 hs antes no coge nadie...fuimos al Hotel que vimos se llamaba igual a preguntar puesto que no hay recepción en el edificio. y por casualidad acertamos pero si no la verdad es que no responden al tfno y es un problema importante. El aparcamiento no está controlado y no encontramos lugar para nuestro coche. Por lo demás y una vez que conozco el procedimiento volvería"

"We absolutely loved it. For the kids it was the place to be. They loved it so much that we added an extra day. The Tipi hut was very cozy, the bathrooms very clean, many amenities like swimming pool, football court, ping pong, jeu de boules. All the people we met, staff and the ones staying where amazing. Highly recommended."

"The apartment is well located, clean & comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we happened to have joyful but noisy neighbours during our stay. With no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open which made it hard to block out the noise !!!!"

"Excellent service from front desk (from San Sebastián) bellman (Facundo) & Clara. Property very unique design, but carpets need good steam clean. Otherwise wonderful location, nice walk to beach and town. Hotel as charming as the town -- be sure to reserve your parking spot!! They have limited space "
