"We extended our stay and booked with the sol apartments i believe we were in one of the newly refurbished ones on the same floor as reception. The apartment was really clean very modern and the aircorn was amazing, the roof terrace we used every day and see having that space to yourself and everyone not crammed into one area was fabulous and the views were stunning the pool was lush and so much room around it. We probably would return as long as we requested not to stay on the basement level...

"Staff were lovely. Very easy to check in, we arrived early at about 1pm so we were able to leave our luggage in the luggage waiting room. Room was as described, very clean and tidy. We had a view of the pool which was very nice. Very happy experience overall."

"Was a nice little spot. Check in was a bit confusing , no signage or anything. You have to pay additionally for WiFi which sucks. Rooms can get a bit hot as well since there’s no AC. But for the price not bad at all. The worst thing was hearing maids at 7am or kids screaming"

"Die Zimmer sind toll und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Atlantik. Der Pool war okay, es gab 3 Pools. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, wenig Auswahl bei den All-in Cocktails. Das Abendprogramm war nicht so doll."

"Great stay - short 5min walk to beach -downhill- 3min to taxi rank & bars shops restaurants.. check in bungalows were lovely and 3 pools to choose from.. food was great , plenty of choice."

"Brilliant resort for both families and couples. My youngest and I stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t fault the place! Our own rooms and own bathrooms lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lots of places to eat and drink onsite. Also a handy mini market for essentials on site. Gym and laundrette also on site. No issue getting a sun lounger by the pool and literal 5 min walk to the beach. Great location and def booking here again if coming back to Costa adeje"

"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Place at the back of the hotel beside the road and construction site with heavy drilling and removal ongoing from around 8am to 5pm. Didnt enjoy the room at all as it was noisy and door where vibrating. Room is lovely, toilets too top notch. Beds okay, not sure what the blanket was from. Swimming pool wasnt heated but was not too cold. Deck chairs again top notch. Dont know where the blankets are? Deposit on enter for a minibar great idea. Lead to a longer check out process so leave a little...

"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean. Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude. All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...
