"Very comfortable and cozy cabins just walking distance to Guerneville. The beds especially were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The perfect hotel if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"I hate to be grumpy but this really was the worst experience I've had in Guerneville. People were partying until past 1:00am a few feet from our sleeping tent. There was no staff to ensure quiet hours (not sure if quiet hours even exist). I really don't mind people having fun but it was impossible to sleep for two nights in a row. It really did ruin the trip. I complained. They said the management would call. They never did. I stayed there because it was a bit cheaper than other places...

"The cottage was nice, bedrooms were clean. The tub/shower faucet did not work properly; the stove did not work at all. The floor was not clean, neither were the dishes in the cupboards."

"advance notice on checkin should be shared earlier. The property has poor wifi- could not connect at all. I had to leave the property to connect. I have two cell phones and neither one connected. Because of limited wifi connection, you should share advance checkin code to avoid these issues upon arriving."

"We love the proximity to Guerneville and Monte Rio. And a plus to be next to the golf course. In the summer, we truly appreciate the pool and a dip in it. The only thing I think the rooms could use is a full length mirror outside of the bathroom."

"The Boho Hotel should be called the Hobo Hotel because the rooms are dirty and rundown. The bathroom had water damage and mold growth near the shower. The carpets had stains on them, and the front entry door was warped. The place was short-staffed, and those folks seemed overwhelmed and didn't have any answers. They were completely clueless. Hobo hotel fees were obscene, given the lack of quality of the rooms. The cocktails were expensive and seemed to be missing some key ingredi ents."
