"My wife has a hip problem that causes me to request that our room be on ground floor and relatively close to amenities (bar, restaurant). Weโve been at this hotel more than twice now. In making the initial request, the 1st room was way farther from amenities even after mentioning it when checking in. They did get it right on the 2nd room. I donโt remember seeing anything in your app to address this upfront, though I will say that that might have been available to indicate through the booking process."
