Disliked: Communication
Cancellatiion of the holiday house 2 days before check in because they could not find the booking in their system. We booked this house several months in advance and had received a formal confirmation from them. Hotel.com / Expedia customer service helped us to find another house nearby without any additional cost for us. Thank you for helping us out!
