"Disappointed no coffee maker, Garden view was bushes infront of parking lot. Pool was nice, beautiful hiking trail. Very basic room. Restuarant was ok. Same menu for lunch and dinner. And too far to drive anywhere else."

"This is a beautiful resort and location with many fun and engaging activities to choose from!!! The Staffers are absolutely lovely... so attentive, warm and kind. They really work from their hearts and make it look so easy, even when they are busy!!!! Pura vida, for sure ♥️ We loved our stay at Hacienda Guachipelin and will be sure to return!!!!!"

"There wasn’t any soap in the shower dispenser and the shower head had poor water pressure and a small stream of water. Room was clean except the air conditioner remote. Very dirty. Staff were wonderful and all other amenities great."

The pools were relaxing and/or rejuvenating (depending on the temperature), the grounds are beautifully maintained and the food is plentiful and delicious. Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay! "
