"The only slight issue we encountered during our stay was one of the two panoramic lifts wasn’t working and it was taking a while to get from one floor to another. We have enjoyed our one night stay and wish we had more time to explore the property ( our flight to GRU was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:20pm)."

"Breakfast buffet look but the cappuccino from the machine came it sweet. Also the shuttle pickup was every hour only which was not useful.
If you have difficulty walking long distances, the shuttle drop off location was far from the terminal."

"This hotel is exactly what you need for one night. Comfortable (if small) rooms, with a good bathroom and the convenience of being on the airport itself (T2).
Further, the staff are very polite and helpful, and you can extend your check-out time for an extra payment.
But with no natural light, I wouldn't want to stay more than one night. "
