Já me hospedei neste hotel antes e tive uma ótima experiência, desta vez, no entanto, tenho muitos elogios à equipe de atendimento, foram atenciosos, prestativos e educados, minha reclamação fica por conta do café da manhã. Como havia poucas pessoas hospedadas, concordo que se diminua a oferta para diminuir também o desperdício, mas o café da manhã estava fraco demais, pães duros, suco tang, fiquei chateado apenas com este detalhe.

O hotel é ótimo em localização, atendimento (fomos muito bem recepcionados , inclusive fazendo o check-in com muita antecipação, o que foi uma bênção pra nós , pois meu marido precisava trabalhar) , tudo limpinho. O único problema foi o enrupimento do ralo do banheiro , inundando tudo. Parabéns à administração do hotel! Indico o hotel com certeza!👍

Observações importantes

A estadia foi muito agradável, funcionários atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã muito bom, porém sentimos falta dos cereais e iogurte. Temos algumas observações q acreditamos serem construtivas: 1. No quarto, tinha mesa, porém não tinha cadeiras, caberiam simples banquetas; 2. As toalhas, poderiam deixar ao menos 2 toalhas de rosto e tb ter a opção de não necessidade de trocar as toalhas; 3. Rampa da garagem subsolo: melhorar a inclinação pois está muito perigosa, o carro pode "morrer" na subida, descer e pegar no portão atrás, ou no impulso de não deixar "morrer" o carro, atropelar alguém passando na calçada... acredito q essa seja a mais importante.

Pela primeira vez na minha vida um check in as 16h . Modesta parte já viajei pelo Brasil , Europa, Caribe, EUA... No máximo as 14h já vi. E além do mais, depois de esperar ate as 16h os quartos não estavam prontos, esperamos mais 30 minutos. Um absurdo. Tinha um grupo da melhor idade , sem ter lugar pra sentar . Uma bagunça. Não gostei assim cono higiene e cuidados.

Um dos melhores custo-benefício

Ótima localização na praia de Pitangueiras. O Hotel está à 3 quadras da praia. O atendimento é excelente assim como as acomodações. Melhor custo-benefício que encontrei ainda com café da manhã incluso.

Houve atrito no horário do Chek-in, pois o hotel informou que era as 15h00, porém no app informa que é as 14h00, lado bom é que liberaram para não causar mais desconforto. Colchão duro, café da manhã bem razoável, eu adoro comer pão de manhã e bem na minha vez acabou o pão, e não a abasteceram. Atendentes super educados e prestativos, principalmente Sr. Wilson. Piscina não cheguei a ver e ninguém me falou sobre também. Foi bom, só usei o hotel pra dormir, então tranquilo.

Começando pela piscina. Esta piscina é uma propaganda enganosa. Ela é um tanque minusculo de 2 metros quadrados. Muito suja! Higiene extremamente pobre, a ducha do banheiro estava negra, entupida de fungos e mofo. Um nojo! O café da manhã péssimo. Servem mamão com casca e café aguado. Custo benefício ZERO. Nunca volto e também não recomendo.

Great hotel. All staff were gracious and helpful, Free breakfast was delicious. We got the all you can eat buffet one night which was also great. My only quibble is the picture of the pool misrepresents the size. There was one cold and one heated. Both were tiny-more like overgrown hot tubs and usually full of screaming children.But what adult goes in a hotel pool when you have a beach two blocks away?
