We had a nice stay. it was short- but the service was good and friendly and the atmosphere was a fun and funky vibe. the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was fine. breakfast was good, location was great- really close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for sure!

The location, staff, breakfast (complimentary), and overall quality of the property is outstanding. It is secure and has unique local art on the facade. Boutique beach hotel just two blocks from an incredible beach. Nearby dining options and grocery store about 4-5 blocks. I wish we had stayed one or two additional nights.

Já tinha passado uma noite no hotel e foi tudo bem. Desta vez, o teto do quarto estava muito mofado e o cheiro era forte. Roupa de cama estava meio puida, toalha de banho áspera, mas limpeza ok. O ar condicionado tem controle central e estava fixo em 25⁰, não era suficiente para quem gosta do ambiente resfriado. O café da manhã é bom, tem muitas opções, mas o café é horrível. No penúltimo dia, tive uma virose e pedi ajuda à 2 pessoas do staff para achar uma fruta, ou algo que pudesse comer sem passar mal, e ninguém se importou muito em ajudar. Uma conduta bastante questionável, considerando que hotéis têm obrigação de auxiliar hóspedes em casos de saúde. Não pretendo voltar.

Atendeu as minas expectativas, o Hotel é um charme na decoração, silencioso, café da manhã, chuveiro e cama excelentes. Funcionários prestativos. O diferencial é poder utilizar o lazer do Delphin Beach que fica na parte de trás do Surf, são conjugados, tem piscina, sauna, restaurante e pé na areia por esse outro lado. Recomendo e com certeza voltaria.

O quarto é mal iluminado, TV pequena e o controle travava muito, o colchão e o jogo de cama era razoável em relação a conforto mas fazia barulho ao se movimentar (nheque nheque) como se a cama fosse velha. Cofre funcionava, ar condicionado muito bom, espaço do banho bom e limpo e o chuveiro tinha uma ducha bem gostosa, o wifi do hotel é excelente. A parte do banheiro me incomodou pois é uma porta e dentro é o vaso sanitário, sem nenhuma janela de ventilação e não possuía trancas. O café da manhã era completo mas simples, frutas, pães e frios, mas bem organizado limpo e gostoso. Os funcionários sempre atenciosos mas alguns poderiam ser mais simpáticos como por exemplo as senhoras que trabalham na cozinha. Não tem serviço de quarto. À sauna não estava funcionando. O hotel disponibiliza toalhas a vontade e limpas, isso é bem positivo. A academia é ótima e a piscina também, grande e espaçosa, eles oferecem transformador de tomadas para 110.

Amei a recepção muito gentil e cordial, o hotel atendeu todas as minhas expectativas, quarto aconchegante,limpo,espaçoso,o café da manhã com muitas variedades, amei a sala do café da manhã incrivelmente incrível hahah aqueles guarda-sol a coisa mais linda, decoração da recepção muito legal,minha estadia foi de 2 dias e foi 10/10, com certeza irei me hospedar sempre, obrigada vcs são incríveis.
