Quarto mal conservado e precisando de reformas. Teto do quarto com furo devido a vazamento, teto do banheiro com vazamento e furado, Box muito pequeno, se ligar a água quente dentro do Box vc se queima e se vc estiver fora molha o banheiro.

Pontos a melhorar.

Uma das lâmpadas do banheiro estava queimada. Suco havia acabado no café da manhã. Não tem manteiga individual para levar na mesa. Poderia ter opção de requeijão e peito de peru. Iogurte, granola também.

Hotel antigo e com aranhas no quarto,

Média ruim. Fronhas sujas, tiveram que trocar, muitas aranhas descendo das teias, não gostamos. Café da manhã de quinta a domingo, percebia-se os mesmos produtos aproveitados.

O quarto que fiquei hospedado estava abandonado, pelo menos era o que parecia. Muitas teias de aranhas, vaso sanitário saindo uma água suja, box do banheiro sujo, lodo no chão e muitas folhas.

um pouco decepcionante

hotel até tem uma bos estrutura, porém deixa a desejar em muitos quesitos como manutenção e programação, não tem muitas vagas de garagem, pode ocorrer do carro ficar na rua, reservei quarto com cama de casal, quando fiz check-in tinha apenas um quarto disponivel com duas camas de solteiro, Gerente falou que considera as duas camas de solteiro como se fosse casal, tivemos que dormir em cama separadas. O pagamento ja tinha sido realizado pelo site, no momento de check-out, queria me cobrar novamente, cobertores estavam um pouco mofados. Devido aos trasntornos prometeram alguma cortesia ou algum tipo de desconto que no final não foi convertido em nada

Boa estadia mas transparencia zero

Pontos Positivos: Hotel em Boas condições, 15 minutos do Santuario de aparecida e 20 min da Canção Nova. Quarto bem estruturado, banheiro muito bom também e tudo bem limpo e organizado. Pontos Negativos: Me decepcionei quanto ao Estacionamento. So escolhi este hotel por conta do estacionamento, quando cheguei pro check in useio estacionamento numa boa, mas ao sair a tarde e retornar a noite ja estava lotado e tive que deixar o carro na rua. Ao conversar com recepcionista me disse que o estacionamento era rotativo e em nenhum momento fui avisado disso. Isso que fez com que minha experiencia no local fosse de 100 a 30, dormi a noite preocupado com carro na rua, no dia seguinte sai logo após o cafe da manhã, que a proposito achei bem simples pra um hotel.

No geral excelente

Atendimento inicial excelente. Cortez, atencioso e carinhoso. Lugar tranquilo, rua tranquila e perto de quase tudo. Perto do shopping, farmácia, posto de gasolina e lojas Americanas. Ar condicionado excelente, chuveiro excelente, cama confortável e roupa de cama limpa. O cheiro me incomodou um pouco... Algo parecido com mofo, mas não sei explicar. Voltarei certamente no final do ano.
