"Our experience at Pousada Peninsula de Buzios was outstanding. They helped us with a late check-in and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was spacious, fully renovated, with strong Wi-Fi and a very handy mini fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and well-balanced, the pão de queijo was absolutely amazing. But the best part was the staff: Leo, Denis, and Sabrina were always kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!"

"Not clean at all. Bad smells throughout the hotel, not hot water, hotel staff trying to get into our room without our permission, parking is too expensive. "

"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "
