"Our room was very dirty and the shower had hair and a clump of something gross in it. We actually chose NOT to shower because it was so gross. Breakfast was disappointing, so we didn't even grab anything (coffee was good!). On the bright side, the receptionist was very upset it wasn't clean, and she was super helpful in giving us recommendations for dinner! I probably would not stay here again, but I think there is hope if they can get their cleaning staff situated!"

"Very clean room, comfortable bed and quiet area. Good restaurant/brewery directly behind the hotel. Good food. Small little cute town. Pool and hot tub area were also very clean. Breakfast had pancakes and waffles etc."

"This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. "
