"My stay in this historic hotel was perfect. Being in this historic hotel and town with all the stories made the stay even better. The owner/proprietor made me feel at home. We had great homemade cookies, muffins, and breakfast burritos. Her knowledge of the hotel history and who had stayed there in the past was incredible. Such as Edison and Tesla as past guests. I plan to stay again whenever I’m in the area. Next time will be a longer stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"This condo wasn’t available because reportedly Lowe’s was behind with delivery of appliances? We were booked into Condo 8838. Kitchen floor was sticky some areas called to have floors cleaned. "They were having construction both days we stayed. I had to actually leave a facility because of the noise. It started at 7:30am till about 8pm. Very loud beeping and truck noises. Since there is no AC we had to have the windows open. Also the description of the room showed a mountain view, hot tub single bedroom which we thought meant our own balcony hot tub. "I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty.
