"Not really clean rooms. Have to request change of the assigned villa, it was not well disclosed when selecting this facility. No such a beach view as originally described when selecting the facility. Kitchen, have to wrap all the food because little ants were present. Staff facilitates what they can do within their own field of responsibility. In general, very courteous and friendly"

"Property was clean and well maintained on the inside. Exterior windows need cleaning and a little love. There is a classic colonial style area which was pointed out by hotel staff which is absolutely beautiful. It provides views of the town of Mayaguez from the top. It’s on the fifth floor of the property on the original building. Breakfast is till 9:30 a.m. (or sooner because it ran out before 9:00 a.m.). Make sure you wake up early to grab a bite. There were several good choices for food and adequate for the stay. Staff were outstanding. From the check-in, to the parking , to check-out, everybody was amazing and very diligent. The parking is half a street from the hotel (about 75 feet away), and is safe and secure. Bathrooms and amenities were well maintained and very good. Water pressure is great. The room was very minimalistic but adequate. Everything that was needed was provided. The A/C did make a bit of noise at night when it shuts off and on to maintain the temperature. But honestly, the temperature was perfect , specially with the summer heat outside. The hallways were a bit noisy at night, and the street was also right next to the windows , so we heard some noise as restaurants close and people leave from nearby businesses. The bed is VERY comfortable but the pillows are quite hard and stiff. This is an area that could be improved but it’s not a dealbreaker. If you’re considering staying here, do it. It’s a great little place in the middle of town."

"Very nice place. Courteus and helpful staff.clean room and common areas. Great location at the heart of the town. Nice little pool.could provide some privacy for guests using it .I felt like a fish in an aquarium with all the people coming and going thru the lobby watching. Actually the restaurant and bar are just great. Food is super and staff is so dedícated to please customers ."

"There not control at the pool at night, what look like people from outside were jumping the fence to use it, also around 3:00 am there were people at the pool drinking and talking loudly leaving trash and broken glass, also the music at the near bar was so loud that I could sleep. Parking is a joke, only four for so many rooms… I’ll never stay or recommend anybody to stay in this place… I understand that some of the issues are not under control of the owner but it was a horrible experience to stay in this place"
