"Enjoyed my stay, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, I love the lay out of the rooms, clean and spacious,the only downside are the staff in the club, I felt reprimanded when dining with my family of 6, all the large tables are occupied, so when we tried to put 2 tables together the staff did not let us but when a group of foreigners did the same thing, they just brushed it off. Not worth paying for the club access. Overall, enjoyed my stay"

"I have been traveling the world my whole life and have visited many countries during my time in the U.S. Navy. Shangri-La The Fort Manila and Shangri-La the Fort Boracay are by far the best resorts I've stayed in. The services they provide far exceed the price you pay (in my opinion). The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were professional and prompt. Best customer service I've seen anywhere. Specific shout out to the night manager Karl. "

"Jane from front office and Omar at the door always remembers me and makes me feel welcome..others I can’t recall their names but overall I recommend this hotel.."

"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "Really nice lobby and hotel rooms appear to be very modern/upgraded recently. Very friendly staff. Note: this is in the redlight district, I was not familiar with the area and didn't see this in the reviews and only learned about it from a local. This didn't matter to us much, we basically stayed at the hotel or took a car to other locations. We did go to the Filling Station - American style deli, that was a fun experience with decent & decently priced food. Only negative - they only heat...

"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. "The service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival.
