"All In all, it was a good stay. Staff were kind enough to find us a larger room. The first room was way too small for two large men. We were closed to the rooftop which was an added plus. The staff were good but Mich was awesome. She is a delight to talk to and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with many restaurants bars cafes and is close to the historic sites and museums. It is close to Colonia Americana and Avenida Chapultepec and also Guadalajara...

"Loved the location (it is a big city so don’t expect perfect clean quiet neighborhood conditions). Very walkable and accessible. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely picked a perfect spot. Smooth airport transportation assistance. (350 pesos). Elevator was a plus.
