"The property was flooded by the river in December. They are remaking all the gardens. The front desk people are terrible. They dont have information and are the opposite of a client service. The food is wonderful. It is an eco-hotel without running water in the toilets but that is part of the philosophy. Tryed to pay with the credit card online so I did not have to pay a surcharge, but the front desk had not updated the system so it could not be done and had to pay a surcharge."

"Great staff, good quality food at prices similar to city (but it can take a long time), comfortable room, sunny open pool area. The beach and sea here is not good for swimming so it is good they have the pool (the neighbouring properties all have no pool). It is very isolated so once you arrive, it may be hard to leave. "
