"As an English speaker in Germany, a couple of misunderstandings, but the hosts were really nice. Enjoyed my stay"

"I had a wonderful stay, highly recommended."

"Reception was lovely. Thankyou for a great stay. "

"Excellent stay"

"What an amazing place to stay! Absolutely beautiful and the staff and food were incredible. Will 100% be back!"

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. "As usual great service wonderful hotel & enjoyable stay."

"Great location. Quiet. Excellent breakfast. Clean. "

"We got a very large, modern and newly renovated room outside of the actual hotel. It was very nice and was nicely designed, but was not quite what we had in mind when we booked a room in a building from 1323... The automated check in worked flawlessly, and we had a good communication with the owner via sms before checking in."

"Solid stay, nice and not far from the market place."

"Zimmer großzügig, Bad neu (in meinem Zimmer), viel Platz in Schränken, Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Staffelstein, Lichtenfels und Kloster Banz in erlaufbarer Nähe, 14 Heiligen Basilika in der Nähe, Bamberg ca 25 Minuten entfernt "

"All okay"

"Very good hotel,staff,service wonderful "
