"Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. There is no lift but our apartment was on the 2nd floor (GF+1) and it was not a problem. "

"The room was ideal for a short stay. The staff accommodating and the food ample. The lift was broken requiring quite a climb to the top floor but it was actively being repaired during our stay."

"In a quiet location in the centre. We had a lovely spacious studio room on floor 3 with a sitting room and separate bedroom. Apart from the air- conditioning being a bit too intrusive, we loved the room. We loved the view across the fjord to the Arctic Cathedral. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room is a bit crowded if you don't go in early. The outside of the hotel isn't very smart- looking but inside the lobby has a nice sitting area with coffee and cookies. We would definitely stay there again if we could book room 312!"

"A wonderful stay in Tromso. The hotel is located by the harbor close to all major attractions. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They made every effort possible to help us with our late checkout request since we had an evening flight out. It was heart-warming. The breakfast was lavish and delicious.
