"Es un buen hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Tenga en cuenta que solo incluye la habitación todo hay que pagarlo a parte. Las piscinas pertenecen al spa y nos costó el pase por un día entero 245$ por persona, no permiten niños en el spa, no podrán entrarlo a la piscina. La comida es solo americana y están los precios algo elevados, pero el pueblo queda cerca a 10 min y tienen variedad de restaurantes de diferentes países y económicos. "

"We could not get entry into our room so I got the desk clerk to help us, he overrode the door lock, but still the keys did not work, so we could not go out together, otherwise we would have been locked out again!! the area around the hotel was nice, but we had a room at the back facing a cement parking lot and little else. "Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them.
Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair.
Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "

"Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean.

"Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay.
Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this.
Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip."

"I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. "The continental breakfast is nothing special but gets the job done, cereal, muffins, waffle maker, juice, coffee, and yogurt. Room was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave which is a huge plus. AC unit kept rattling but that might of just been my room. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. "

"Easy to find, room was decent. Beds were pretty comfortable but cleanliness of the room and property was sub-par. There was significant dirt and dust in the room around the baseboards, under furniture. There was pieces of orange peels in the AC unit. There was a lot of trash and cigarette butts out front of the main doors. Was pretty quiet and I would stay again if they worked on the up-keep"
