"No water in the room and no tea and coffee or kettle in the room. They only have single beds and no double. Strangest thing is the toilet has no sink- very unhygienic- you have to go to the shower room which is separate to wash hands at the sink. "

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "This hotel is a hidden gem! I don't think you can get better conditions (swimming pool, saunas, steam room, lovely breakfast) and frendlier staff for the price. It's true that the furniture and decor are a little old-fashioned, but everything is sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms have huge balconies as well. I plan to come again, and again :) totally recommend! "
