We stayed for Oktoberfest and it was a great location. Easy 10 minute walk to the grounds, and a very short 2-3 minute walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants located just nearby and the staff was always very helpful and pleasant. Could not have asked for more. Breakfast is also well worth it, a big spread with generous hours and plenty of seating.
