"L'hôtel est propre et les chambre confortable. Pour un séjour de quelques nuits sans attente particulière, vraiment rien à redire. Par contre, la publicité parle d'un bain à remous privé dans toutes les chambres, c'est faux, on m'a mentionné que seul une chambre dans l'hôtel avait un bain à remous et ce fût notre déception."

"L’accueil est très rapide et agréable, Les chambres étaient très propres et la queen supérieure de très bonne dimension. La qualité du matelas pourrait être améliorée mais est très acceptable. L’établissement pourrait être un peu plus généreux sur la quantité de café laissée dans les chambres. Pour deux adultes/deux matins, ça prendrait un minimum de 4 portions de café."

"Overall no complaints. Breakfast was great for starting our busy days. We spent a lot of time downtown in Old Quebec which was a bit more of a drive than we thought from the hotel, and parking downtown is very difficult. If you plan to spend most of your time downtown I would suggest getting a room downtown."

"Very clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet. It would have been nice to know that there was a back entrance with no stairs to get to reception. The main door opens out which made it difficult to navigate my luggage on the steps to get in."
