"Hotel was situated in a good location and had a parking garage right next to the property (one of the main reasons why I booked this location). The room was decent. Didn't have a fridge and no hot water in the shower so that was inconvenient."

The neighbourhood is a bit run-down, as is usual near most big railway stations, but felt safe.

"Unfortunately the check-in and entry to the hotel was very poor - we arrived at 10.30pm via the Eurostar and after finding the hotel we experienced difficulty entering the hotel due to the security door unmanned and reception not allowing us access when ringing the bell and then a very unpleasant checkin"

"Great location, very close to Grand Place and within walking distance of many attractions in central Brussels. We didn’t need a car for most places, although you would need one or public transport for Atomium and Mini-Europe.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The main downside is that the hotel has no parking. Street parking is expensive and not ideal, but I found a nearby parking garage for about €31 per 24 hours.
