Очень плохо

Отель из прошлого. Санузел весь разваливается, запах канализации неимоверный. Шторка для ванны никогда не стирается и не моется. За три дня пребывания выносили только мусор, влажной уборки не было. Смесители еле живы, полотенцедержатель от влажного полотенца просто отвалился. Не мокрого, а немного влажного! Матрас скрипит под весом 60 кг, как будто вес 150 кг. Простыня была с давними недовыстираными пятнами. Одеяло из 70-80 годов советского прошлого, как в вагоне поезда, из отверстия в подолеяльнике сыпалась труха от этого одеяла. Расположение отеля крайне неудобное, до центра города ( по меркам г. Гродно) достаточно далеко и транспорт ходит не очень часто. Резюмируя, могу сказать лишь одно, конечно лучше, чем ночь провести на вокзале. Можно лечь, тепло и утром умыть лицо. Больше ничего!!! Фена, кстати, тоже не предусмотрено. Горничную не видела ни разу. Моя рекомендация НЕТ!

Нормально, но могло быть и лучше

В целом для трешки неплохой отель. Чисто. Мы бронировали на 3 дня Твин Комфорт. По прибытию нас заселили в номер который не сильно смахивал на него (узкие кровати, кран в ванной на уровне колен, западающая кнопка бачка - скорее это был стандарт). В номере было прохладно, но возможно из-за испортившейся погоды и сильного ветра. На ресепшене нам сказали, что сейчас все номера заняты. Поменять из-за плотного экскурсионного графика не удалось, да и из-за 2 дней.. дольше вещи собирать.

Hôtel au centre de Grodna

Ensemble correct juste un petit détail concernant le buffet et autres, je vous recommande de faire parti des 1er à vous servir car le buffet ne sera pas ravitaillé!!!!! ou alors j'étais tombé sur une période de restriction budgétaire!!! le personnels de chambre sont passés 2 fois sur 5 jours, personnellement cela ne ma pas déplus!), concernant le personnels, l'anglais n'est pas leur point fort bien au contraire, je vous recommande de prendre quelques cours de Russe!
