Yesterday was about a burst of colors and giant sunflowers swaying in the breeze with a fun gang for company. Buttonwood Farm is holding a Sunflowers for Wishes Fundraiser from July 23 - 31st, 2016. The fundraiser is to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Connecticut, a non-profit organization devoted to making wishes possible for children with life-threatening medical conditions. Really old farm
We were extremely lucky to visit Buttonwood Farm during their annual Make-a-wish sunflower festival held every summer. Those sunsets over the sunflower fields, ah bliss! #EndlessSummer
This place is amazing at the end of August. Sunflowers and the town of Griswold is what really need to be seen.

Quick fun overnigt stay with some friends. Staff was friendly and helpful - Jim our shuttle driver was the best - What a great amenity for casino goers. Room was clean and beds comfy - Bonus continental breakfast. All was great. Will stay here again for sure!
