All Staff excellent, unexpected upgrade was a bonus, hotel itself very modern and all amenities catered for. However house keeping need to pay more attention to detail! hairs on bedding, room floors dirty/grimey, balcony glass needs algae removing and cigarette butts left on balcony (we don't smoke) ...

White Hart Hotel
Clean room with bath overlooking cathedral. Room a little dated, but lots of great amenities. Central and great location.

Apartment 5
We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.
