Very next to train and gondola station to go to Jungfrau and First. Nice and clean with beautiful breakfast. All staff was extremely kind and informative.

Small, but adequate. Just no AC for midsummer heat
Hotel was super close to train station, so location was excellent. Unfortunately we were there in mid august and with no AC, the rooms were brutally hot, even with a fan. Breakfast was adequate and staff were all super sweet. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms even smaller. You couldn’t put the bath mat down until you stood in the shower to close the door. The sink is in the bedroom as bathrooms too small. We had one issue with the power outlet failing so our fridge didn’t function, which was an issue as we had meat and cheese for sandwiches in there. I called for an extension cord, but was told to check all the outlets for fuse switches. The failed one didn’t have one, so I ran the cord to another outlet above the sink, as I had no other option. Beds were comfortable and would have been perfect if it weren’t so hot and stuffy in there. You couldn’t keep the curtains open to allow any breeze in as light and bugs from outside kept flying in. Views from balcony were gorgeous. I would stay again as long as it wasn’t in summer.

The hotel is VERYconveniently located! We got off the train and as described on the website, I walked across the street and I saw the hotel! Loved it—breakfast was fabulous!

The hotel is literally 2 mins walk to the train station, and few mins away to First. The grocery Coop is just 2 mins walk from the hotel too. The breakfast was so good and dining area has a great view of mt. Eiger. It was raining the days we stayed and we were so blown away how amazing the view of mountain with clear sky and with fog from the front of this hotel. The room feels more like the area because it is designed with all wood from wall to ceiling and floor. The bathroom yet small but so cute. I am so happy staying in these hotel and will definitely recommend this place to everyone. The staff are so courteous, accomodating, nice and friendly.

Hotel was close to the railway station, which is convenient if you have luggage. Views of mountains from the terrace when they are not clouded over. My room on the 4th floor was quiet. Hotel is kept in good condition. Breakfast excellent. Receptionists were helpful.

The hotel stop were friendly and nice. Our room was awesome balcony facing Eiger Mountain. The breakfast has a lot of choices. It is 1 minute walk to the train station. I will book this hotel again.

Grindelwald is gorgeous! I had a room of Eiger mountain, which I recommend. The hotel is super conveniently located next to the train station and in the town center. Lots of options with this as your home base. It's feels more like a lodge, clean and head manager very helpful.

I loved this property. The location for me was important! A walk from the train station. The station was awesome. The manager noticed I wasn’t taking advantage of the free breakfast and wanted to make sure I knew it was free. He was awesome! The room was clean , and the morning balcony had a wonder view of the mountains. I would definitely stay there again!!!

The staff at this hotel was amazing and they went above and beyond to help us with a reservation problem. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station, restaurants and shops. Also the hotel was extremely quiet.

Super charming hotel with spectacular view of mt eiger. Get a room with balcony, it is worth it. Free breakfast with variety of meats cheeses and breads. Staff was excellent. 5 min walk to train station. Room was clean and bathroom was well supplied
